The Gap Report in Step 3 runs on sample data so you can preview exactly what your report will look like once it’s live after July 1.

You can still use this page to think through who you’d want to hear from — that thinking is worth doing now. Skip the live scoring until after beta ends.

The gap between your scores and theirs is the real foundation.

That gap is the source of most family business conflict. Day 2 makes it visible.

Who to Invite

Choose five people whose perspective is worth knowing.

A family member active in the business — someone who works alongside you day to day.

A next-generation family member — if applicable, someone who will inherit or lead one day.

A key non-family employee — a long-tenured leader who has seen how the business actually runs.

A trusted advisor — someone outside the business who knows it well. CPA, attorney, board member.

Your choice — whoever's perspective you most need and least expect to hear.
