These are the principles I believe guide how we do things around here in our family business. I am naming them. I am putting them in writing. I stand by these.
This is Version 1 — my I-position. What I know to be true about how this business operates and what I am declaring as my principles. I built it alone. On purpose.
These are already in the fabric of how this business operates. I am staking my leadership on them.
We are not living these yet — all of us. But I believe we should, and I am committing to lead that change. These belong in our Foundation because I intend to make them part of who we are.
